Return Policy

Hey, we get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. But here’s the deal:

Since our cookies are perishable food items and made in nut free facilities, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds. 

But wait!
If you have issues with your cookies, or you didn’t get what you ordered (our bad!), snap a pic and hit us up within 48 hours of delivery at support@jigjagcollective.com. We’ll do what we can to make it right. 

Buyer's Remorse?
If you'd like to cancel your order, email support@jigjagcollective.com. If the order hasn't been fulfilled, we can cancel and refund the order for you. Unfortunately, once the product has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
